Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please confirm your items and selections before completing checkout.

Bundle Returns

Returns are accepted for hair bundles only. Eligible bundles must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us for return instructions before sending your items.

To qualify for a refund:

• Hair must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached and intact.
• Hair must not have been washed, installed , cut, colored, chemically treated, or otherwise altered or tampered with.

Return Fee & Refunds

A $45 return fee per return will be deducted from your approved refund. All returned bundles will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Bundles shipped back after the 3-day return window, or those that do not meet the conditions above, are not eligible for a refund. All other products are final sale.
